Commercial photography:

  • Item size is very important
  • As Long as the item can fit on board of our Mobile Studio
  • Off Site item will be addition charge

Wedding photography:

  • It will depends on the location, number of people, and the total hours.
  • For right now, we only provide service up to 150 people Wedding party.
  • The turn around time will be about 5-6 weeks.

How does Events Photography work?

 Public or Private Events photography:

  • Must provide at least 48 hours in advance notice of the event.
  • Last Minutes request event will be additional charge.
  • Customer will pays for additional permit fees if required.
  • If Customer does not need photo touch up, but the price will not change.
  • The turn around time will be within 5-7 calendar days.

What about make-up or hair?

  • Our on board Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists have been doing this for over 8 years.
  • They are hired as consultants, but they are not AK Digital's employees.

Photography & Videography Services CANCELLATION / REFUNDS POLICY

  • Cancellation required 15 calendar days notice prior to scheduled appointment date to receive the Full 100% Refunds.
  • Any Cancellation between 14 - 7 calendar days notice prior to scheduled appointment date will only receive 50% refunds.
  • Any Cancellation between 6 - 3 calendar days notice prior to scheduled appointment date will only receive 25% refunds.
  • No Refunds will be issue within 48 hours of scheduled appointment date (Customer can be reschedule, but there will be rescheduling fees of $25.00).
  • Due to weather conditions, service can be reschedule to another date (without rescheduling fees), but no refund will be  issue. (Customer must be reschedule within 10 calendar days
  • Personal Emergency can only be reschedule (without rescheduling fees), but no refund will be issue.
  • Customer cannot be reschedule within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment date, and no refund will be issue.
  • Due to the nature of Digital files and the fact that digital files once sent, cannot be returned; AK Digital has a strict refund policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the service / digital product and then AK Digital sent the  buyer the correct digital product) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect service / digital product, he/she must notify AK Digital, before receiving the incorrect digital product.  Refunds will not be given due to not liking a digital product or selecting an incorrect digital product after the buyer has already received the digital files. If a mistaken digital product is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, AK Digital will send the correct digital product to the buyer with a free of  charge.

LATE / RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • AK Digital is not responsible for Customer's tardiness.
  • Time will be deduced from the schedule appointment, and Customer will be charge for extra time.
  • Customer cannot be reschedule due to their tardiness for over 10 minutes, and no refunds will be issue.

  • No Refunds will be issue within 48 hours of scheduled appointment date (Customer can be reschedule, but there will be rescheduling fees of $25.00).

Payment Policy

  • Payment must be made after the proposal approval agreement signed [Company Check (No Personal Checks) / PayPal (extra 3% service fees / Zelle].
  • All Contract must be paid in advance of a lump sum by your contract months (except Monthly Contract) prior to the first session.
  • Monthly Contract will be 25% more than 3 months contract per month (When you pay monthly).
  • Monthly Contract Customers must make their payment before the 3rd of each month. There will be a penalty of 15% late fees after the 3rd.

Cancellation Policy

  • If Monthly Contract Customers decided not to continue, then they need to provide an email notices 2 weeks prior the end of the month for cancellation. If not, there will be an extra 15% penalty fees.
  • All Contract Term customers are required to provide an email notices 6 weeks prior cancellation month. If not, there will be an extra 10% penalty fees on top of the early termination contract fees.

Refund Policy

  • If the company closed down during the contract terms, then the customer must email us one month prior of cancellation and there will be a 10% early termination fees (Customer must provide company closed down letter to prove of termination) before issue a refund.
  • If Contract Customers decided to cancel prior the contract terms, then there will be a 30% penalty fees of the remaining balance before issue a refund.  However, the customer must send us an email notices 6 weeks prior cancellation month.

Terms & Conditions

  • Customer bounced check will be a $50.00 delay penalty fees on each payment.
